Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to the new and exciting school year at the Academy for Young Writers!

On behalf of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA), we would like to extend a warm welcome to all our families—both new and returning. The PTA is a vital part of our school

community, working in close partnership with teachers, staff, and parents to support our students and enhance their educational experience.

Our goal this year is to strengthen communication and community engagement while supporting initiatives that benefit our children and school. From organizing events like [examples: Family Fun Night, Book Fairs, Teacher Appreciation Week] to funding

classroom materials and school improvements, the PTA plays an important role in making our school the best it can be.

We would love for you to get involved! Whether you can volunteer your time, attend meetings, or simply stay informed and share ideas, every contribution—big or small— makes a difference. Together, we can build a supportive, inclusive, and fun school

environment for our children.
